How to make

To make these Bagan Bounty bars You just need : 300g shredded coconut 2 pinches of salt 2-3 tbsp of vanilla sugar Some melted dark chocolate Pour the shredded coconut into a blender or a food processor and mix for a few minutes. You need to be patient because it takes a bit of time before the magic begins and the butter starts to form. (Don't hesitate to make some little breaks as some machines are heating a bit when used for a long time non stop). When the oil comes out it will become liquide, smooth and creamy. Add a little bit of coconut oil if it's still too dry after a few minutes. You can then add the rest of the ingredients. At this point , you can either form the bounties with your hands , or (like me ) you can put the coconut mixture into an ice tray and let them form for about 20min before dipping them in the melted dark chocolate. Sprinkle with a tighny bit of salt and put back in the fridge or enjoy right away 😋
