How to make

In a big bowl, pour all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ones and mix well. Line a loaf pan with some parchment paper and pour the mixture inside. Let it rest at room temperature for about 2-3 hours. In a 170° preheated oven, bake your Nordic bread for 25min , then take it out of the cake tin carefully and put it back in the oven for another 35min. Let it cool down on a rack before cutting and eating it 😄 For me, the perfect way of eating it, is with some hummus, avocado or kimchi. But you can totally eat it with some chocolate spread , honey or jam as well of course !! 🤗

  • 65g sunflower seeds 

  • 90g brown flaxseeds

  •  65g pumpkin seeds 

  • 50g Macadamia nuts

  •  50g hazelnuts or almonds 

  • 50g chia seeds

  •  150g buckwheat flakes (or gluten free oat flakes )

  •  4 tbsp of psyllium

  •  2 pinches of pink Himalayan salt 

  • 5 tbsp cold pressed olive oil 

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup 🍁 

  • 320ml of water
