Green Spring velouté
How to make
Put the onion and garlic with some olive oil in a pan for 2min, then add the potatoes, cover with water and let it cook until soft.
Add the fresh spinach 5min before the end and blend everything together.
Optional: Add some grilled hallumi and sprouts when you serve this delicious velouté 👌
200g fresh spinach, 1 small onion, 1 garlic clove, 3 small potatoes, salt and pepper.
