How to make

I'm warning you, once you try it, you just can't stop... Sorry not sorry 🤷 It's a great way to eat a healthy sweet treat. These beauties are raw, so quick and easy to make. I

Place the dates (pitted) into a strong food processor and give it a good blend until it makes a paste. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until it becomes smooth. Poor the mixture in a loaf tin with some parchment paper. Put the toppings of your choice (I love roasted buckwheat as it gives a nice and crunchy taste ). Leave in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours. Cut into small (or big ?) pieces and... ENJOY 🥰


  • 3 tbsp almond butter

  •  3 tbsp peanut butter

  •  5 tbsp maple syrup 

  • 2 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil about

  •  15 pitted dates (medjools are the best for this recipe ) 

  • 2 pinches of salt

 For the toppings I used roasted buckwheat and sesame seeds. But you can use any seeds or nuts you like
