Cauliflower Pizza

How to make

- Preheat the oven at 180°

 - In a food processor, grate the cauliflower 


• Mix the chia seeds with the water and let it sit for a few minutes - In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together and knead with your hands 


-Put your cauliflower dough on a parchment paper and try to form into a pizza crust 


-Bake for about 25 minutes or until crispy brown 


- Once it's fully baked, you can add any topping you like. On this one, I used pesto rosso, tomatoes, kale, mushrooms, 1 egg, some cheese 


-Place the pizza into the oven for 5 more minutes so the egg can cook. (I've added some avocado at the very end as well )

Ingredients

Crust:

• 1/2 cauliflower shredded 

• 1/2 cup of almond flour 

• 1/2 cup of buckwheat flakes 

• 4 tbsp of chia seeds 

• 8 tbsp of cold water 

• 1/2 red onion minced 

• 1 clove of garlic minced 

• 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast 

• Salt, pepper
