Banana Spinach and Coconut ice lollies
How to make
Simply peel and roughly chop the bananas add a handful of fresh baby spinach, the coconut milk and the maple syrup if you want.
Then place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for a minute until smooth and creamy.
Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze for about 6 hours, enjoyed this deliciousness

1 handful of fresh spinach
5-6 tbsp of coconut milk (from a carton)
Optional : 1 tbsp of maple syrup
