Slow juicers extract the liquid from the fruit and vegetables and discard the fibres that are more difficult to digest, making nutrients highly concentrated and more easily absorbed into the body. Cold pressed juices also give the digestive system a rest, as your body doesn't have to break down the food before absorbing the nutrients. These types of juices are also very popular for their cleansing and detoxifying properties. In this one I put some kale, spinach, celery , cucumber, lemon, lime, ginger, fresh turmeric, fresh coriander, mint and an apple. I really love the earthy and grassy taste as it's mostly vegetables, the apple is just here to bring a little bit of sweetness
